ALMOND CHICKEN


PREPARATION

Arrange the washed chicken pieces in a saucepan and sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg, cover and cook over slow flame.

Once it has dried blend the tomatoes along with the puree, almonds, garlic and bouillon powder and pour on the saucepan. Leave it boiling for 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken, skinless and chopped
1/4 cup of cooked tomatoes
1 small can of tomato puree
2 oz of peeled nuts
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
1 tbsp. of bouillon powder
