Recipe for Oven Chicken with brandy
INGREDIENTS AND PROCEDURE:
Once the chicken is clean, cut in large pieces, place in the oven.
Crush a pair or garlic cloves with a little of parsley, in a saucepan place 500 ml of white wine and half a glass of brandy, join it with the garlic and one cube of chicken broth.
Heat in the same saucepan until the cube is undone and then add a little of salt.
Once the chicken is in the oven add a little of this broth from the saucepan, if you see the pan runs out of this juice add water every now and then and you will get a great sauce.
