BUTTER CHICKEN


PREPARATION

Wash the chicken and drain.

Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Line the bottom of a pressure cooker with foil, immediately arrange the chicken pieces, place the butter and cover the cooker without the valve. 

Leave it for 25 minutes, then uncover and turn the pieces to brown the other side, cover the cooker and leave for another 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with the salad.

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken, skinless and chopped
3.5 oz of butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Foil
