CHICKEN LEGS

PREPARATION

Blend the annatto, garlic, orange juice, marjoram, salt, oil, cumin, pepper.
Wash the chicken and place it in a container, add the blend and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Cut the foil in squares and use each square to place: 1 piece of chicken, onion slices, potatoes, carrots, 1 tbsp or rice and 2 tbsp of the pepper we blended.

Sprinkle with ground pepper and season with salt.

Each leg is arranged in the steaming pot and then place over flame for 1 hour.
You can also make them in a pressure cooker or in the oven.

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken, skinless and chopped
1 large onion, sliced and fried until golden brown
1/2 tablet of annatto
1 cup of acrid orange juice (or sweet)
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of marjoram
5 peppers
2 carrots cut in sticks
2 potatoes cut in sticks
Mexican Rice
2 tbsp of oil
Foil
Salt
