Chicken pie

PREPARATION
Cook the chicken with the onions and celery in a small amount of water, until the meat begins to come off the bones.

Remove from flame, finish separating the meat and place it in an oven dish, mixed with the celery and onion, vegetables, peas, ham and mushrooms.

Season and place the egg fourths on top, spray with a cup of broth, in which you dissolved a tbsp of corn starch and cover the entire mashed potatoes with margarine.

Finally, place it in a very hot oven until the mashed potatoes have gratin.


INGREDIENTS
1 sectioned chicken
2 medium onions cut in fourths
1 cup of sliced celery
2 cups of vegetables
1/2 cup of natural peas
7 oz of ham cut in thick strips
7 oz of mushrooms cut in thin slices
2 hard boiled eggs cut in fourths
1 tbsp. of corn starch
1 lb of mashed potatoes
Margarine
Salt
Pepper
