CHICKEN TINGA

INGREDIENTS
2 medium chicken breasts
5 oz of spicy pork sausage
1 large sliced onion
500 ml of tomato sauce
1/4 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of oil
Salt and pepper
Chipotle to taste

Arrange the seasoned breasts in a dish.

Cover (with saran wrap) and bake in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, turn and bake for another 5 minutes.

In a different mold fry the spicy pork sausage (shredded) in oil for 4 minutes, add the onion and bake for 3 minutes more.
Add the shredded breasts, broth, oregano and chipotles and bake for 5 minutes.

Note: if the spicy pork sausage did not release to much fat add a little of oil.
