PREPARATION
Clean the quails (it is not necessary to dress it).
Season them with salt and pepper and wrap them with a slice of bacon, tie and roast them in the oven for 15 minutes, a little before finishing cooking them spray with apple brandy.
Fry the bread slices and smear foie-gras, place the quails on top of the slices after untying them, spray with the cooking juice and serve immediately.

4 slices of white bread
1 glass of apple brandy
