PREPARATION
In an oven dish, mix the soy sauce, ginger, sugar and the powdered garlic. Place the chicken wings in a container, so the mix covers it. Let it sit for two hours.
Preheat the oven to 360° F. Salt the wings and put the container in the oven for 1 hour. Serve the wings garnished with orange slices
