Grilled chicken roll

You will need

1 small half of a boneless and skinless chicken breast (1/4 lb)
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 slice of bacon
1 tbsp. of balsamic vinaigrette

Make it!

Heat the grill to medium flame.

Beat the chicken until it is 1/4 inch thick.

Cover the chicken with the cheese; rolling well. Wrap the sides of the rolls lengthwise, covering the exposed cheese and stretching the bacon as much as necessary to cover well; fix with toothpicks.

Roast the roll for 15 to 20 min or until the chicken is cooked (165° F), turning it frequently and brushing with the dressing during the last 5 minutes. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
