You will need
1/2 cup of strong Italian dressing
8 chicken breasts with bone (2-1/2 lb)
3/4 cup of milk
6 ounces of diced cream cheese
Grated rind and juice of 2 lemons
2 cups of seedless green grapes, chopped in halves
2 tbsp. of fresh parsley
Make it!
Heat the dressing in a large pan over medium-high flame. Add the chicken; cook for 10 min. per side or until cooked (165° F). Meanwhile, blend with the milk and cream cheese until they are creamy.
Place the chicken in a place; cover to keep it hot. Add the cheese mix and lemon juice to the pan; cook the cheese, stirring every now and then, for 2 min or until it is hot. Add the grated rind and grapes.
Pour the sauce on the chicken; add the parsley.

Additional touch
Enhance the flavor of the sauce with 1 tbsp of ground red cayenne pepper in the lemon juice.
How to serve
Serve the chicken with cooked rice and steamed broccoli.
