1 sectioned chicken
Thyme
Oregano
Black pepper
Salt
Lemon
Cognac
Take the sectioned chicken and sprinkle it with the thyme, oregano, black pepper and salt.
Place it in pressure cooker for the microwave and spray with half a lemon and a trickle of cognac.
Place the other half of the lemon, close the pot (leave the valve open) and put it inside the microwave for 15 minutes.
