PREPARATION
Fry the chicken in a small amount of oil, a few at the time, until they are browned. Add the salt, cinnamon, sugar, rose petals and white wine.
Cook for 1/2 hour. Serve without accompaniment, with the sauce simply strained, without binding with yolk or flour.
